My son and I agreed on this lighting fixture for an income property we own. Simple, with a touch of elegance. Great price too. Best part is that it fit into the condo dining area perfectly - will easily hang over a 4-6 person dining table. The brushed finish went perfectly with the adjacent stainless steel kitchen fixtures. 100% satisfaction. Plenty of chain and an easy connecting link to adjust height.
